Refund policy

 

FINAL SALE ITEMS INCLUDE: All orders placed with a discount code of more than 20% off, items purchased from our "sale" tab, items with a price ending in "$.99", all accessories, and international orders.

*No exceptions will be made on final sale items. No refunds. No exchanges.

RB will accept unworn, unwashed merchandise* purchased on www.shoprylanboutique.com for store credit ONLY within 14 days of delivery. your return must be processed by sending an email to hello@shoprylanboutique.com. We will refuse any items sent back to us without prior contact!

A flat rate of $7 will be deducted from your store credit to cover return shipping.

If an item is deemed to not be in returnable condition, your items will be shipped back to you at your expense and no store credit will be issued, including shipping costs. we reserve the right to refuse a refund on product if the product appears to be damaged by the customer. 

Returns received within 14 days of delivery, we'll inspect for signs of wear or use, if item is deemed in returnable condition, we’ll issue you store credit. your package must be post-marked and sent back within 14 days of email contact. 

If an item is damaged upon arrival, please let us know via email (hello@shoprylanboutique.com) within 5 days. Item cannot be washed or worn when claimed as a damage. After 5 days, RB can no longer be responsible. 

All sale items are final sale. Sales include but are not limited to flash sales, coupon codes, store credit codes, markdowns, & popup shops. Any purchases made during a sale or with a discount code of any sort cannot be returned or exchanged. 

All customers are responsible for all shipping and handling cost of their purchases, returns & exchanges; these charges are non-refundable. Rylan Boutique is not responsible for lost or stolen packages or returns. Please contact your local USPS post office with questions regarding shipment tracking or lost package claims. 

**NOTE** Colors may vary slightly due to computer/phone settings, lighting, and the use of presets. Clothing patterns and pattern placement may also vary slightly. If you are unsure of an item’s color, pattern, or pattern placement, please email hello@rylanboutique.com and we can send you additional information on the items you are interested in.

Exchanges

Because of the fast selling nature of our products we do not offer exchanges, only store credit. if you need a different size in the same item you can use your store credit toward that or any other item on our site. RB credit never expires.


International Shipping

We do not accept returns/exchanges on internationally shipped items. All packages are shipped with duties and taxes unpaid. These charges may or may not apply to your package. Unfortunately, Rylan Boutique cannot currently determine what these charges may be. If you have questions regarding these fees, we recommend contacting your local customs office regarding your country’s custom policies. Customers will be responsible for all duties, taxes, customs and/or brokerage fees.
